We are one of the few bereavement care establishments in the UK to operate a completely transparent system no matter which service you choose, whether it is arranged directly with us or through one of our trusted veterinary practices.

The loss of your pet may be expected or it may be very sudden. Either way, you will likely be upset, confused and unable to think properly. This is not the time to be making a decision about whether you want an individual or communal cremation, a burial or to take your pet home with you. You will probably be at your veterinary surgery and a staff member will be suggesting the service they use. It is most likely they use a commercial service that handles all their waste, cremations and disposals and the handling and procedures may be controlled by the price the surgery is paying rather than the service to you. Also, they may have their own views that do not match yours and are unlikely to know anything about the actual procedures that are used. Their form of cremation may not be the way you want your pet to be handled.
