What Happens Next?

If you are collecting from us here at Chestnut Lodge there will either be a time/date marked on your paperwork or we will call you once everything has been carefully looked after.

 You do not require an appointment when collecting, you are welcome to just pop in when you feel ready.

If we are delivering the ashes to your Vets then we will contact you to let you know when they are safely at the surgery & ready to be collected, this will normally be within 7* days.

*Multiple paw prints / keepsakes will often take a little longer to carefully prepare.
