What an amazing place. My lovely Molly was laid on a beautiful bed while I discussed discussed the arrangements with Kim. The sensitivity and care she showed to me and Molly made an unbearable situation bearable. I was able to leave Molly there knowing that she would be treated with love and respect. I collected her ashes earlier today and Kim brought her to me. Her casket is lovely and all the paperwork was very personal and touching. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much.🙏😻

Thank you to the team team at Chestnut Lodge. You are exceptional. You cared for a lovely Belle with great dignity and love which was a huge comfort to us at a difficult time. Belle's ashes were returned to us in a beautiful little urn and a thoughtful card that confirmed her individual cremation with a lovely message. Thank you for caring so much about helping our little friends cross the rainbow bridge.

Excellent. Compassionate and helpful from start to finish

We are extremely grateful to the entire team at Chestnut Lodge for the kind, compassionate service provided following the passing of our precious cat, Leila. From start to finish, everyone treated her with such dignity and respect, which brought us real comfort during a very difficult time.

The paw print created for us is absolutely beautiful. Zoe did a wonderful job, and we really appreciate the care and attention that went into it. Kim was also incredibly helpful and clear in explaining the cremation process, which gave us peace of mind knowing Leila was in good hands.

Thank you all again for your warmth, professionalism, and compassion. It meant so much to our family.

Chestnut Lodge have been truly wonderful from start to finish. The team were respectful, kind, and compassionate, and the whole process was handled with dignity and care. The environment was calm and comforting, and the facilities immaculately clean.
They treated my rabbit Benjamin with the gentleness he deserved, and the burial was exactly how I wanted — thoughtful, unhurried, and personal. We were given the time we needed, and all of our requests were met with understanding.
I am so glad I chose Chestnut Lodge. It has brought me peace knowing Benjamin’s final resting place is somewhere so beautiful and respectfully cared for.

Our beloved dog Rosie passed away on the 13th August 2025. It was very hard making arrangements for Rosie's cremation buy everyone at Chester Lodge helped us immensely (with special thanks to Kim). Rosie was looked after and laid out beautifully before the ceremony. All of the family attended and everyone at Chester Lodge made a very difficult time easier with their care, attention and kindness.

Thank you for your kindness with handling the very heart breaking loss of our last cat, Tilly.

We have turned to Chestnut Lodge for the last time and have appreciated the professional, caring service given to all three cats.
