Never a easy thing to do but Chestnut Lodge were very kind, compassionate and respectful to us and our beloved boy Branston . It was our first time using them but would highly recommend them.

From the moment I called Chestnut lodge for their services until I had my pets ashes returned to me I must say I was extremely impressed with the outstanding way they handled my request and how understanding they were and met my every need. My pet was very dear to me and I feel they handled my fur baby with great respect from start to finish. My request was carried out on time and was handled in such a gracious manner. I now have my little Angel’s ashes back and now she is back with her mummy I am so happy on the service and bringing my little diamond back to me. So thank you Chestnut lodge.

Thank you Chestnut Lodge for being so kind and caring. We have lost 4 greyhounds in the space of 3 years. All have been cremated and we have beautiful keepsakes. Bamboo caskets with a photo of our babies on the top. All home where they belong. Highly recommend. Thank you.

This was the second time that we have used Chestnut Lodge. Daisy unfortunately passed away on Easter Sunday, but she was accepted on the day of her death. She was treated with kindness and we went to say goodbye to her as we had done to Casey 12 years ago. I would thoroughly recommend using Chestnut Lodge as they treat both humans and pets with dignity and compassion,

Having Chesnut Lodge work alongside our vets has made such a difficult time to navigate through the steps of losing our boy. We lost our much loved Jack, a Border Collie, two years ago today. Can't believe it is two years! A wonderful dog and very, very much missed.
