Data is passed to us by third parties, such as veterinary surgeries, who are arranging services for for you.

Data is stored both on paper and digitally on a database. All network traffic on the computers is encrypted and paper information is securely stored.

Our payment provider for online transactions is Worldpay and for over the counter transactions is Payzone. Data is passed to them for processing.
